First time at Wildwood. The family and I really enjoyed ourselves. Great place if it's you or you and your kids. Friendly staff and plenty of things to do at camp and around the area. Loved the mini disc golf.
We've been coming here for 3 years now and we keep wanting to come back. I have always been amazed at how clean this place always is! Their programming is great and there is always something to do from Sunday to Saturday. The owner is great and even took some time out of his busy schedule (which seems to be packed and I'm sure I've only seen the surface) to help me with some car trouble. It's a great place for a family with young children. We've only stayed in the cabins which are immaculate and well equipped so I can honestly say they are awesome. The only suggestion I would have is putting some privacy measures along the side of cabin 4 next to the public rest area. The location cause people to constantly cut across the campsite and stare at while they do their laundry or wait for someone to use the rest area. The price for that cabin in a considerably higher than other cabins that have far more privacy, but this is one small issue for one single lot. Bring your family, you won't regret it!
This is a fantastic campground. There are lots of activities for the kids. The small beach (imported sand) was very clean, and well maintained. The jumping pad and water slide were also clean, and well staffed.
Took a drive thru this campground with my sister, we did not stay overnight. Grounds were clean, sites were nice sized, cabins are a nice addition and there looked to be about 10 to pick from. 2 fenced in pools to enjoy and a wine and beer building off by itself I'll need to check out next season!!
This campground is mostly "residential" campers. We were there over a holiday weekend and it was very loud. Forget quiet hours. Also, kids were up and on the playground by 715 am. You see trailers all around you. But, for a stop on the way somewhere, it would be ok. Only 3 bathrooms for 300 spaces, so thankfully most rigs had their own...showers needed hangers. Pretty pricey but a lot of activities which we weren't interested in.
Campground is close to Olcott Carousel Park, which is a wonderful, small amusement park for young children.
They and they are constantly making improvements. There are new fire pits at the cabins and lodges, and we were pleasantly surprised to see a small winery on site. The frozen sangria lived up to all the hype we heard from other campers. We are already planning our next trip back for next month.
