The customer service here is fantastic. They really go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are beautiful and unique. I always try to book 1-2 months in advance because they fill up so quickly. Definitely a gem!
The hart house hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The owners did a phenomenal job in the vintage decor of the rooms. I'd recommend staying in the hart house any day.
Lovely little hotel! Impeccably clean, modern, quiet. About an hour from Buffalo - a great place to stay outside of the city. A scenic drive and walk through the neighbourhood near downtown Medina makes for a perfect overnight getaway!
